I haven’t updated you guys in forever, but I’m doing well! I’m just really busy having fun during my senior year, haha

Quick update: New Years Eve was SO much fun! I went to a club with some friends in the city and had an absolute blast! School is going well and so are the college acceptances  

This semester I am actually planning on doing an independent study to take the online course to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer!!!!!!! AHH Im so excited- it is one of the top recognised personal training certifications across the world and since I’m 18 and will have graduated by the summer (when I will take the exam) I will be qualified to sit the exam and hopefully past and I will be a certified personal trainer! I’ll be one step closer to working in the industry I’ve always dreamed of working in. So, everything is going so well and I’m just excited to spend my last 7 months in London before moving the US for college (I don’t know where yet, so don’t ask!) and hopefully making some money in college as a personal trainer! ow ow!

I have been pretty busy lately doing school work and other typical senior stuff

One thing that I have been getting up to lately though… is holiday shopping!! The holidays are SOON- and they will surely come before you know it.

I always try to get my holiday shopping done EARLY… because towards the middle of December is when school work gets CRAZY and I end up running out of time and shopping the day before Christmas Eve.. yeah, not such a fab idea!

Presents are always tough to find… but I know I can get some athletic apparel for my brother and dad and beauty products or jewelry for my mom.. pretty simple!

Zalando has been saving my butt since I can find literally everything on their website!

I’m already falling in love with their selection of running shoes- “Please, mommy and daddy?! “

How cute are these! They’ve got a bit of a 90′s twist on them, which I LOVE

And I am definitely all over the accessories!.. I NEVER have enough wintery accessories.. so scarves, hats and gloves are MUST.. especially if you live in cold weather (aka London)!

THIS scarf PLUS this scarf PLUS this hat (for when I go skiing!) oh yeah.. did I mention my group of friends and I are all going to fly down together to Austria to ski later in the year!? um….party much?

Anywho- I’ve been on their website and while should be shopping for presents.. a girl can get distracted ….

A I-will-take-you-shopping-and-be-your-personal-shopper date

Whatever you choose to buy or do.. make it special! Family is the most important thing in our lives and this is the time to really show your love!

I just wanted to pop in here to give you guys some of the workout i’ve done lately… I’ve had a lot of fun making these up and doing them… so if you’re in a bit of a workout rut… try these out!

Workout #1

.25 mile FAST run

Crunches for 1 minute

.25 mile FAST run

Reverse crunches 1 minute

.25 mile FAST run

Tricep dips 1 minute

.25 mile FAST run

Plank 1 minute

REPEAT the circuit one more time! It may look easy, but thats about 2 miles of sprinting + body weight exercises!

5 min warmup at 5mph

1 minute 8mph

40 seconds 5mph
